Lending institutions, including banks and credit unions, will often require a third-party appraisal as part of the mortgage underwriting process. Our staff has significant experience preparing commercial real estate appraisal reports of properties located in our coverage area for lending institutions throughout the region. After your lender orders the appraisal, we will contact you to request certain information needed for the assignment and to select a day and time to meet and view the property. We have been qualified by hundreds of lenders in the region, but please check with your loan officer if Sammartino, Stout and Lo Presti is on their list of approved appraisers.
