Condemnation / Eminent Domain Appraisals

Experienced Condemnation Appraisers

Our real estate appraisers have completed hundreds of Condemnation / Eminent Domain Appraisals over the past 30 years throughout western Pennsylvania. We have been retained by property owners and their attorneys as well as local, state and federal agencies to prepare Before and After Appraisals to facilitate negotiations or in support of a litigation case. A Condemnation Appraisal requires not only real estate appraisal experience but also an understanding of the relevant regulations and case law that may affect a condemnation claim. We also have experience preparing appraisals for utility right-of-ways such as sewer, water, gas or power lines. If you or your client's property has been or may be condemned, or if you are a condemning authority in need of appraisal services, we invite you to contact us for a no obligation consultation.
