  • Restricted: less detail
  • Summary: standard detail 
  • Self-Contained: detailed


Property rights include fee simple, leased fee and leasehold. Current, retrospective, and prospective values can be developed.


Common value definitions include  Market Value,  Market Rent, and Going Concerns.
