Raymond J. Sammartino, MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York. Mr. Sammartino has over 40 years of real estate experience and is the founder of our company. His areas of expertise include Eminent Domain (Condemnation) and tax appeals. Mr. Sammartino has qualified as an expert witness in Pennsylvania and Ohio. He specializes in the following appraisal types: apartments, office buildings, hotels, recreational properties, retail, industrial, and appraisal reviews. Mr. Sammartino is now retired from the company, but he continues to conduct independent appraisal reviews.

Robert G. Stout, Jr., MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. Areas of expertise include: apartments, subdivisions (single-family and condominium), office buildings, retail plazas/shopping centers, hotels/motels, restaurants, industrial facilities, mobile home parks, self-storage lockers, conservation / agricultural easements, and appraisal reviews. Additionally, appraisals conforming to the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (UASFLA / "Yellow Book") and the "Farm and Ranch Protection Program" have been completed, along with in-depth market/feasibility studies. Mr. Stout has qualified as an expert witness in a variety of proceedings.

Sergio S. Lo Presti, MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. Appraisal experience includes participation in a variety of eminent domain (condemnation) appraisals throughout Pennsylvania including complex assignments requiring state-wide solicitation and collaboration with third-party specialists. Mr. Lo Presti has also completed numerous appraisals conforming to the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (UASFLA / "Yellow Book"), the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (“Uniform Act”), and PennDOT Publication 378 the Right-of-Way Manual, among others. Other areas of focus include: medical and professional offices, single and multi-tenant retail, industrial, restaurants, net-leased investments, and special use properties. Mr. Lo Presti has qualified as an expert witness in a variety of proceedings.

Nathan C. Yoder is a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Pennsylvania. Mr. Yoder has experience appraising a wide variety of properties with special emphasis on the following property types: industrial, apartments, offices, retail, mixed use, commercial and residential land, bowling alleys, banquet halls, schools, and post-secondary educational campuses. He has also assisted in a variety of appraisals in Ohio.

David M. Taylor graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (Class of 2017) with a B.S. in Political Science: Public Policy, with a focus in Economics. Mr. Taylor joined our firm in February 2018 and is a licensed appraiser trainee. He has assisted in the analysis of a wide variety of property types.
